Barre City Energy Committee invites you to complete a short energy survey for a chance to win $50 or a dinner for two at The Meltdown Restaurant on Washington Street.
Until November 8th, we are seeking feedback from all residents, including renters, home and business owners and young families.
We're nearly half way to our goal of 400 returned surveys. Will you complete it too?

May 19, 2020: WANT TO FREE UP SPACE AND SAVE ENERGY TOO? Curious how much old appliances might be using for electricity and driving up your bill higher than it NEEDS TO BE? This week, we encourage you to take a look at old energy hog appliances and bring them to the curb for free pick-up. Efficiency Vermont's no-cost, curbside appliance pick-up program has expanded its appliance recycling to include: dehumidifiers, window unit air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers through June 2020.
