Engineering Services Proposals Request for Prospect Heights Housing Development

The Barre Area Development Corporation, on behalf of Prospect Heights Development Corporation, Inc. and the City of Barre, Vermont are requesting proposals for Engineering Services for the Prospect Heights Housing Development.

Prospect Heights Request for Proposal

There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Briefing and Site Inspection held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 1:30pm.  The briefing will be held in the Barre City Council Chamber in City Hall, 6 North Main Street, Barre City (metered parking available to the rear of City Hall).  Additional background information will be distributed at this briefing.  A follow-up site walkover of the project site will be held immediately following the briefing. Proposals received from consultants who did not attend and register at the pre-proposal briefing will not be considered.
