Message from the Chief

Community collaboration is a shared priority and is essential to the effectiveness of public safety. Inasmuch, I am committed to building and maintaining positive relationships with our citizens, community stakeholders and allied agencies. My philosophy is to foster an environment of trust, transparency and accountability in concert with the four tenets of procedural justice; voice (listen), neutrality (be fair), respectful treatment (be respectful), and trustworthiness (trying to do what is best for the people). Our officers are encouraged to be innovative without fear of failure while providing a level of service that our community deserves.
