Rental Registry Invoicing

FY23 Rental Registry Invoicing:

This office assists Code Enforcement by completing the Rental Registry invoicing.  Per Chapter 7 Minimum Housing Ordinance, the annual FY23 Rental Registry Invoice was mailed out on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, and is due no later than Thursday, June 30, 2022.  The fee is $50 per dwelling unit.

NOTE: An error occurred when printing this year's invoices, and a future fiscal year was printed on them. The mailing that went out on May 26, 2022 is in fact for FY2023, not FY24. You can still use the invoice as mailed to you, but it will be noted in our system that any response received will be noted for the FY23 year (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023).

Should you choose to use a form that reflects the current dates on it and not use the form that was mailed to you, please feel free to utilize a blank FY23 Rental Registry Invoice form filling in the needed responses.  The due date for the rental registry remains June 30, 2022.

Please fill out and sign the form, returning it with proper fees if necessary to this office.  NOTE:  electronic payments cannot be accepted for this - THIS IS NOT A PERMIT.  PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE THE CLERK'S FEE PAGE FOR THESE REGISTRATIONS.  Any other questions regarding rental housing and the ordinance shall be directed to (802) 477-7833, or see their page CODE ENFORCEMENT.  Thank you.
