Rental Registry Invoicing

FY24 Rental Registry Invoicing:

The Planning, Permitting & Assessing Services Office assists Code Enforcement by completing the Rental Registry invoicing.  Per Chapter 7 Minimum Housing Ordinance, the annual FY24 Rental Registry Invoice was mailed out the week ending June 9, 2023, and is due no later than Friday, July 21, 2023.  The fee is $60 per dwelling unit.  This fee was increased by City Council for this year.

There are multiple ways of getting us back your information:

• complete the form, put your check with if it needs payment, into an envelope and mail back to City Hall to the address on the invoice;
• do the same as above but drop it off in person
• do the same as above but put in in the silver-colored drop-box located on the front of City Hall (Door facing City Hall Park)
• Pay on line using the Xpress-Pay Portal HERE; use this HOW-TO to pay using either a credit card or an on-line check, and please remember to email us a copy of the receipt you get in your personal email once you've paid on line; and remember to scan the form filled out or take a picture of the form and send it back to Michelle at PermitAdmin@barrecity.org.
